2020 Registration sites, dates & deadlines

*Please note the registration deadlines. Fees increase with later registrations. Register early to ensure your choice of site and to avoid the higher fees.  Sites fill quickly!

Step 1 to Register (follow steps to help with the registration process)

Select the Register Now button to access the online registration wizard. Follow the step-by-step directions. If you have more than one individual/team to register, you must complete a registration for each individual/team separately. Select “Complete Registration” for 1st team and once you received confirmation select “Register Another Team”

Step 6

Billing Information: You have the option to send a check for your payment or to receive an invoice billing. Registration fee includes a t-shirt for each registered student. Invoice billings will include an additional $8 processing fee. Payment must be received by deadline or a late fee will be charged.
If remitting by check, please include a copy of your confirmation email with the payment.  No refunds are given.

Step 2

Select your competition site.
There are 45 competition sites available!

Step 7

Complete your registration. You must click the “Complete Registration” button to finalize the registration process. You will receive a confirmation email following each successful team/individual registration. *Please save your e-mail confirmation as this will be the link back to registration information and to enter student names.

Step 3

Complete individual/team and contact information:
The number of attendees refers to the number of STUDENTS participating (1 for Individual and usually 4-5 for a Team)
*ONLY INCLUDE NUMBER OF STUDENTS ATTENDING.  *Do not include coach or adult representing the team in number of attendees.

The coach or contact person (adult) name is to be entered in First Name/Last Name. Then enter your school name (or individual name) for Team Name

*Please make sure your team name includes the name of your school. If your school is sending more than one individual/team, you must complete the registration process for each team.

If you do not receive a confirmation email for each team/individual you register, it indicates the process is incomplete and Math Masters does not have a record of your registration.  If registering more than one individual/team, click “Register Again.”

*Note: Registrations are not complete without payment.  Sites are filled on a first come, first paid basis.

Step 4

Add Team Members: It is not necessary to provide student names at time of registration. Although student names must be added by REGISTRATION DEADLINE to be included in the printed program. PLEASE SAVE YOUR EMAIL CONFIRMATION as this will be the link enter student names.

(*Note: Student names can be changed during registration on the day of the competition but this must be done before the competition starts!)

The contact person listed will be mailed a packet of important information following receipt of payment! It is intended the packet be shared with all adult parties involved with the individual/team.
The team packet includes the following:
± site confirmation with schedule of events for the day
± competition procedures
± team selection test
± suggested team selection plan

Order additional t-shirts or practice packets. (Note: Registration fee includes t-shirts for each student registered.)
